Pamela Bailey was hired by will.i.am in 2008 to cook for him and his entourage, being employed by the Black Eyed Peas star’s company will.i.am Music.

Ms Bailey has stated that she was a model employee, never had any issues on the job and even got a raise and added responsibilities during her tenure.

Ms Bailey was 61 years old when dismissed alongside a number of other employees. Of those who fell victim to the “mass firing”, all of whom were aged over 40. Ms Bailey cites the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 in her case against will.i.am, known legally as William James Adams Jr.

The singer/producer/dancer/entrepreneur/TV star, who has not recorded a solo album since willpower in 2013 nor a group album as a member of the Black Eyed Peas since 2013, has not commented on the claim.

People have been left wondering “where is the love?”. Let’s hope the dispute is sorted out and someone can be The Voice of reason.
