An octogenarian beer seller has struck out in a New York appeals court. Mildred Block used to sell brew at a concession stand at New York Mets games. But the 86-year-old vendor charged she was a victim of age-discrimination. She was transferred to another concession stand, where she made less in tips. Stadium concessionaire Aramark denied the discrimination charges. A lower court noted Block was replaced by a 75-year-old. The appellate court upheld the dismissal of Block's suit.
