Tuesday 18 November 2008
Harrington Hall, London
Discrimination on grounds of age, sexual orientation, or religion or belief are rapidly growing. James Davies from Lewis Silkin LLP will be discussing age discrimination and redundancy schemes, mandatory retirement of non-employees and the implications resulting from the latest case law.
